| Abstract: | The incident of A-Jiao-being-taken-photos-secretly has once again triggered the heated discussion on protecting the privacy right of public figures in the field of theory.The article analyzed how to define the right of privacy of public figures and the conflict and balance between the press freedom and the privacy right.Some relevant judicial suggestions were also proposed. |
