| 摘 要： | 本文采用实证分析的方法,在对四川省最大外来人口聚居地成都金牛区进行全方位调研的基础上,探讨了金牛区外来人口的基本状况及其对城市外来人口管理的新挑战,并提出了建设“和谐社区”这一外来人口管理服务的新模式。
