| 摘 要： | 采用比较劳动生产率、二元反差指数和二元对比系数等指标进行测度,可以将1952年以来的中国二元经济结构转化划分为1952—1970年、1970—1984年、1984—1993年、1993—1997年、1997—2001年、2001—2004年共六个阶段。在这一过程中,经济结构转化存在多次反复波动和迂回,其特点主要有纵向上的演进性,横向上的滞后性和空间上的差异性三个方面。特别是,这种转化正处在"倒U型曲线"的跨越拐点阶段。中国二元经济结构转化具有相对迟缓性,以致在资源配置、农业发展和收入分配等方面产生了负面影响。中国应制定更有效的公共政策,以降低交易费、提高交易效率、促进分工演进,从而推进二元经济结构转化,获取经济继续发展的效应。

| Abstract: | Adopting target of comparison of productivity of labor,index of contrast of duality and coefficient of balance of duality to estimate,the transformation of the frame of the economy of duality in China may be divided into six steps from 1952.At present,the basic characteristics of the transformation the frame of economy of duality in China are: the totality is the frame of economy of duality,in time and space there exist the otherness,horizontal comparison the intensity is still bigger,it is in the period of spanning the point of inflexion. |
