| 摘 要： | 从不同层次人力资本收入的差异性入手,分析了中国不合理的人力资本结构对中等收入者比重扩大的影响,提出增加对人力资本的投资,优化人力资本结构,是扩大中等收入者比重的重要路径。

| Abstract: | The aim of this text is to study the relation between the manpower capital structure and the extension of the proportion of the middle-income people.The paper starts from the otherness of the manpower capital income from different levels,analyzes that the irrational manpower capital structure of our country affects on the extension of the proportion of the middle-income people,puts forward that increasing the investment of the manpower capital and optimizing the manpower capital structure is an important path to extend the proportion of the middle-income people. |
