中国项目管理人才及其培养

项目管理正在中国迅速普及和发展,人们越来越清晰地认识到,现在和未来全球化的市场竞争中,项目管理是成功的关键因素之一。中国项目管理专业人才在数量和质量上都与发达国家有较大差距,项目管理人才培养仍然处于起步阶段。文章首次对中国现阶段项目管理的人才需求特点和人才状况进行了较为全面的调查研究,并提出创建中国项目管理学科和学位教育的必要性。

The Project Management Professionals and Cultivation in China

At present, project management is being disseminated rapidly in China. People have more and more clearly realized that project management is one of key factors to success of market competition of globalization at present and in the future. There are wide gaps between China and the developed countries both quality and quantity of project management talents. In fact, we are still at an early stage of project management talents education. For the first time, the paper completely investigate the current situations and requirement characters of project management professionals in China. Finally, the paper brings forward a suggestion about establishing project management subject and degree education in China.
