| 摘 要： | 中同古代科举制度是中国历史上影响最大、实行时间最长的一种官吏选拔制度,对中国乃至世界都产生了深远的影响。本文试图通过对其在人才选拔方面的利弊与当代高考的人才选拔制度进行对比分析,提取其合理、科学的精髓。
