Analysis on the Civil Officer Supervision System of the Nanjing Government

The Nanjing government set up a perfect and systematic civil officer supervision system and carried it out.It played a very important role in punishing the civil officer's misbehaviors.However,under the dictatorial political system of the Guomindang whorepresented the landlords and the bourgeoisie,the civil officer system inevitably had its shortcomings and was put into use incompletely.It hadn't effectively restrained the civil officers'coruption and the destruction of the coruption to the Guomin government.As to the result it was more passive rather than active.
