| 摘 要： | 唐代判牍采用骈体,文采绚烂,是中国古代法制史上判文中的一朵奇葩。但现今所存唐判多为文人摹拟之作,称为拟判。以拟判为例,对唐代判牍特点、文辞风格和对当今制作判决文书的借鉴意义作一探讨,以期对当今司法文书的写作有所裨益。

| Abstract: | A study is done on the court decision documents(represented by some scholars' mimic works)of Tang dynasty,hoping to do some help to the writing of judicial articles today.The organization feature of the mimic documents of court decision in Tang dynasty is explained.Then their language style is analyzed,the important meaning of the writing of court decision documents today is pointed out. |
