| 摘 要： | 根据社会对实践性、创造性人才需求的迫切性,以及培养应用型与创新型人才的宗旨,应高度重视金工实习教学环节。本文结合长春工程学院金工实习中存在的问题,提出在教学模式、教学手段、教学内容上进行改革,使金工实习在人才培养上发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | According to the urgent demand on talents with practical and creative quality, we should pay more attention to the teaching of metalworking practice. Combined with the problems in the metalworking practice in ehangchun Institute of Technology, the article puts forward the measures to reform from the aspects of teaching mode, teaching ways and teaching content, eit etc. |
