| 摘 要： | 养廉银制度是清朝独创防止官吏贪污的一种经济手段,从雍正二年(1724)到宣统三年(1911),这一制度持续了近两百年之久,伴随着清王朝的兴衰,经历了一个由确立到兴衰的历史,本文主要从养廉银推行的范围、规范性等角度探讨清代推行养廉银制度的历史轨迹。

| Abstract: | The ruling class in the Qing Dynasty carried out the Honesty Silver System in order to establish a clean government.Since the Yongzheng,the system has lasted nearly two hundreds years,With the Qing dynasty's rise and gone,the system also has risen and fallen,the paper mainly from the scope and standards of implementation discusses historical track of Honesty Silver system in the Qing Dynasty. |
