文化视域中的城市精神问题研究

城市是人类人化自然和自身的产物,以文化为形式,表现人类的文明程度。城市的文化本质是城市精神,城市精神是城市的灵魂,表现为城市共同需要对象化过程中至真至善至美的思维活跃状态。城市精神的活力以文化制度为载体,主要通过城市特色、社会氛围、城市境界呈现自己的存在。培育城市精神是城市社会科学发展的根本需要,是一个学习和实践的过程,关键是实现文化制度建设与城市精神培育的有机统一。进入新世纪以来,中国的城市化进程正在加速,新型城镇如雨后春笋迅速增长,城市社会问题不断滋生。如何在城市精神培育中运用城市精神解读国家意志、城市行政意志、市民意志、城市历史和境界,事关城市的科学发展,事关中国特色和谐文化的科学构建。本文就城市精神培育问题,以真善美为聚焦点,对城市与文化、文化制度与城市精神、城市精神中的重要文化制度区域进行了文化角度的探讨,分析了城市精神培育过程中存在的问题,提出了城市精神科学培育的原则和研究视点。
