| 摘 要： | 世界各国各种不同的协商性民主实践,包括"自生性"的,也包括基于协商民主理论而带有实验性的,都是人们为实现民主理想所付出的积极努力。中国共产党领导中国人民基于中国特定背景和历史逻辑创立的独具特色的协商民主观在不同时期不断取得新的拓展。新时期,中国协商民主理论与实践的发展都应充分借鉴西方协商民主理论所提供的有益成果和经验。
