| 摘 要： | 法学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,传统法学教育很难满足社会现实的需要,而中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会的战略决策,给法学教育提供了一个新的历史发展契机。文章分析了我国法学教育存在的问题及其原因,提出了开拓法学教育发展思路的若干对策,以深化改革、满足和谐社会背景下的法律职业要求。
