| 摘 要： | 让学生真正学到东西,把学生培养成为实用型复合型人才是民办院校教学的出发点和归宿,要实现这一总体教学目标,必须以学生为目标主体,以教师为主导,抓好教材建设,整合教学环节上各个方面的要素,使之形成良性互动的机制,并做好全员管理、全方位管理、全过程管理等具体工作。

| Abstract: | To make the students really learn knowledge and cultivate them with comprehensive abilities is the teaching start and incidence. To realize the whole teaching goals, we should focus on students as principal part and teachers as dominance by managing textbooks construction and integrating many factors on teaching so that we could form them into a good interactive mechanism. |
