The foreign enterprises All give serious consideration to the crisis management, but too many domestic enter- prises--especially some rapidly developing privately-owned enterprises--failed in business because of not paying enough attention to the crisis management. The article, firstly, emphasizes the importance of the crisis management, then elaborates the crisis management completely from the two important aspects--the crisis preventing and handling.
