少数民族预科生的心理特征与教育管理

摘    要:少数民族预科生大多来自偏远的山区,由于其自身和生活环境的差别,呈现了一种特殊的心理特征和个性特征,通过对少数民族预科生心理特征的研究,采取特殊措施和有效的方法进行教育管理,使他们克服心理障碍,树立自信心,以适应预科的生活、学习,完成中学到大学的过渡,使之成为身心健康,积极向上,全面发展的高质量人才。

Abstract:The majority of students of the minority nationalities in the preparatory stage come from remote mountainous districts.Thanks to the differences in identification and living conditions,they possess special psychological traits and individual characters.By studying the psychological traits of them and adopting special measures and effecticse methods to educate and manage them,we can help them overcome psychological barriers,gain their confidence,adapt themselves to circumstances and studies of preparatory couses,complete the transition period from high school to college to become high quality talents,sound in body and well mind,vigorous,and well developed morally,intellectually,and physically.
