学校体育课开展场地定向教学的可行性研究

学校校园是一块天然定向运动场地,有各类体育运动场地,利用现有场地开设场地定向教学可以丰富教学内容,新增体育课程资源,缓解学校体育场地不足的矛盾,提高参与者的体适能水平,增长知识,培养团队精神,培养抗挫折能力,促进心理健康。本研究试图拓展学校体育的内涵,提升学校体育的地位。

Feasibility Study on Carrying out Site Directed Teaching in Physical Education

To improve the health of young people,promote the healthy growth of young people,is a future state and the nation’s affairs,the quality and quantity of a good physical education class,is the school sports work focus.The school campus is a natural Orienteering of sports venues,and the campus there are various types of sports venues,using the existing site to open a ground Orienteering teaching can enrich the teaching contents,the new physical education curriculum resources,alleviate the lack of sports venues,schools,improve the participant’s fitness level,the growth of knowledge,cultivate team spirit,cultivate the ability of resisting frustration,promoting mental health.This study sought to expand the connotation of school physical education,improve the status of physical education in school.
