摘    要:企业单独配送或自建仓储逐渐突显出高成本、低效率的弊端。如何联合多家企业进行专业化的共同配送,即形成一个可依赖的共同配送模式,既是企业竞相探索的焦点,也是学界持续热议的问题。通过创新电子商务共同仓储配送中心的功能结构,提升共同仓储配送中心的信息化服务水平,针对性地提出基于中小电商物流一体化方案的共同配送模式和运作流程,实现其从实体枢纽向信息枢纽的转变,推动零散电子商务物流配送资源的整合,为中小电商提供共同仓储和共同配送的一体化综合服务解决方案。

Abstract:Enterprises have gradually realized the shortcomings of high cost and low efficiency in the separate distribution and the self_built warehousing storage .As a result ,both the e_companies and researchers in this field have made significant attempts to solve this problem .One tentative try is to establish a dependable and professional joint distribution model by uniting the e_companies .This article proposes an integrated model of joint distribution and joint warehousing and its operational schedule for the small and medium_sized e_en-terprises by innovating the functional structure and promoting the informationization service of the joint warehousing distribution center .It is intended to achieve a shift from the entity hub to the information hub ,improve the integration of scattered e_commerce logistics distribution resources ,and provide the small and medium_sized e_enterprises with an integrated service of joint distribution and joint warehousing .
