| 摘 要： | 文化复兴是民族复兴的题中之义和强大支撑，诚如习近平总书记所强调的，没有文化的弘扬和繁荣，就没有中国梦的实现。中国梦是当代中国的主旋律，文化强国建设要以产出最佳经济效率、政治效能、文化效力、社会效益、生态效应与育人效果来助推中国梦的实现。

| Abstract: | Cultural renaissance is an indispensible support to our national rejuvenation .It was stressed by General Secretary Xi Jinping that ,without the promotion and prosperity of Chinese culture ,our China Dream will not come true .In some sense ,China Dream is the main theme of contemporary Chinese .This article argues that the construction of a cultural power is to boost the realization of China Dream by produc-ing the best economic and political efficiency ,cultural effectiveness ,social benefits ,ecological effects and e-ducational effects . |
