| Abstract: | Based on the guiding thought that "health comes first", applying education development theory and lifelong education theory, combing the present situation of P.E.., this paper suggested to break through the traditional teaching methods of courses centered and establish the teaching system of P.E. club in colleges, emphasizing on self PE concept to promote the scientific development on college PE. |
