摘    要:随着我国住房商品化的深入推进,我国房屋所有权单一化的模式得以改变.同时由于建筑水准的提高,高层建筑物层出不穷,由此引发的纠纷也更加纷繁复杂.建筑物区分所有作为一项重要的不动产制度,在解决区分所有权人之间的权利义务关系方面起着重要作用.本文通过各国立法比较分析建筑物区分所有权的概念、主要内容等,兼谈我国物业管理法律体系的健全与完善.

Abstract:As commercialized housing in our country further develops, the single mode of housing ownership has greatly changed. At the same time, due to the improvement of building level, more and more high buildings have come into being, which accordingly lead to some complicated disputes. As an important real estate system, building differentiation possession plays an important role in settling the relationship between rights and duties of the owners. This paper also discusses how to perfect the legal system of property management.
