Urbanization is such a historical process that a traditional agriculture society transforms into a society of modern civilization in which the urban population well exceeds the agrarian population.During this process,different nations and countries have different problems so that their urbanization tactics may not be the same.Problems,such as the quality and ratio of urbanization,statistical method,scale and structure,are more serious in the urbanization development of Heilongjiang Province.To solve these problems,some strategies are introduced,such as adaptation,developing the notion of "managing the city",adjusting and optimizing the industry structure.
