| 摘 要： | 研究生知识产权的保护对激励研究生知识创新、维护研究生的公平竞争和增进社会利益有重要意义。研究生知识产权的范围和侵权法律责任可以找到大量法律依据。要肯定研究生的知识产权,建立健全研究生知识产权保护的组织、规章、奖励机制和权利保护机制,明确研究生知识产权保护的范围和途径。

| Abstract: | The protection of the intellectual property right for the postgraduates is of great significance,since it can maintain a fair competition among postgraduates and motivate the postgraduates to conduct the knowledge creation.There are substantial quantity of legal documents for the protection of the intellectual property right for the postgraduates and the violation of this right.We need to confirm this right for the postgraduates,and establish and perfect the institutions,organizations,regulations and mechanism that guarantee the protection of this right.We should also clarify the range and ways of the protection of the intellectual property right for the postgraduates. |
