| 摘 要： | 陕西省作为我国西部地区的农业大省，在农村的发展、农民的收入和农业的收成方面都还存在较大的瓶颈。基于因子分析，农村公共产品的有效供给是促进农民增收的重要机制，通过加大力度支持农村科教文卫事业，保证农业生产资料完善置备和加快农村基础设施建设的步伐，能进一步增加陕西省农民收入，提高农民生活水平，从而使之成为真正的农业大省。
