| 摘 要： | 中共中央的下寺湾会议 ,分析了中央初到陕北时的军政形势 ,制定了红军在陕北的行动方针 ,纠正了陕北肃反中的错误 ,重新实现了中央的军政组织分工 ,并确定了中央在陕北的对外名义 ,等等 ,这为中共中央在陕北的立足 ,实现奠基陕北和向抗日民族统一战线战略方针的转变 ,都奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the military and political circumstances, not only did the Xiasiwan conference held by the Central Committee of the CPC formulate the policy of action,correcting the mistake in Elimination in Northern Shaan'xi , but also achieve military and political division of organization again , defining the external name of the central Committee, and so on. All of the operation laid the foundation for the foothold of the Central Committee in Northern Shaan'xi , bringing about the strategic transformation of national united front against Japanese aggression. |
