从快乐经济学看农民问题与建设和谐社会

农民在我国当前和未来相当长的时间内是国民的主体，农民问题的解决是国家现代化进程中构建和谐社会的主要任务，是中国特色社会主义本质属性的必然要求。没有农民的快乐就没有整个国民的快乐，没有农村社会的和谐就没有整个社会的和谐。财富不一定意味着快乐，经济增长率和社会整体快乐程度并不绝对成正比。切实解决“三农”问题，适当增加在失业、养老、病残救济、基础设施、教育医疗等方面的公共投入，对进城务工的农民工实行“国民待遇”，加强对包括农民在内的公民教育，可以说是解决农民问题、建设和谐社会的重要途径。

Farmer Problems and the Construction of Harmonious Society in the Light of Happiness Economics

Wealth does not mean happiness and happiness degree does not rise in direct proportion to the growth of economy.The solving of the farmer problems is the key to our nation's modernization and the building of a harmonious society,because farmers are the mainstream of our nation's present population in a relatively long term.There would be no real harmonious society and happiness without rural community harmony and farmers' happiness.The increase of investment in welfares for the jobless,the sick and disabled,life insurance,public construction such as infrastructure,education,medical,and culture,the equal treatment of migrant rural workers,and the enforcement of the moral education of the citizens including farmers are important approaches to farmer problem according to the theory of Happiness Economics and the reality of present farmer's situation.
