| 摘 要： | 以农民权益保护为出发点,运用法经济学方法对我国农村食品安全的困境进行分析和解读。提出加强农村食品安全制度体系化建设,包括建立农村食品安全追溯制度、农村缺陷食品召回制度、农村食品安全责任追究制度、农村食品安全预警应急机制、农村食品安全信息服务制度等,使农村食品安全风险降到最低。
