| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化的进程中,工科院校应将其法学人才培养定位与社会经济需求紧密结合,以确定法学专业教育特色,为培养应用型人才服务。同时,学校可通过全方位、多层次的实践教学方式,有效提升法学专业学生的实际应用能力。
