| 摘 要： | 文言公案小说与白话公案小说分属不同的话语类型 ,是不同文化类型的载体 ,在创作主体、写作旨趣、文本形态等方面皆有独特之处 ,主要表现是作者多为具有较高社会地位、具有相当文化素养的文人士大夫 ,写作多源于个人内心表达与自娱消闲的需要 ,作品富有意蕴 ,字里行间透出较浓郁的抒情色彩 ,体现出鲜明的个人风格
