| Abstract: | The teaching administration should intensify three ideologies during the process of getting used to this era development, that is the ideologies of blazing new trails of scientific research and of imagery. Only on this foundation can we better accomplish the target, including education, teaching, training of the personal who can blaze new trails and the ability which puts the theory into practice. |
