我国当前贫困问题探讨

过去 2 0年 ,我国是世界上为数不多的贫困人口大幅度下降的国家 ,但缓解和消除贫困仍是我国相当长时期的历史任务。自 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,伴随着经济体制转轨和社会结构转型的“两个转变” ,在新的经济体制和社会背景下 ,贫困问题有了新的特点和发展趋势。消除绝对贫困 ,缓解相对贫困 ,缩小个人收入分配差距 ,使所有的社会成员共享经济社会发展的成果 ,是我国当前经济和社会发展的重要目标之一。

On current poverty problem in china

In the past twenty years, China is one of the few countries in the world in which the population living under the poverty line shrank considerably.To eliminate the poverty population is still a very important and difficult problem. Since 90's,poverty in China has had some new characteristics and trend,with the national economic system reform and "two transformations" of the social structure going on. At present, the main objective of the economic and social development China is striving to accomplish is to diminish poverty and to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.This paper provides a detailed analysis and the strategy of the poverty problem in China today .
