| Abstract: | The major problems faced by thses social science journals are: the weak academic support, the insufficient stress in the institution and in the society, the low quality of the journal staff, and the impact of the position of the institution. Corresponding countermeasures are put forward: raising the position of social science in science and engineering institutions, increasing investment, improving the competence of the journal staff, establishing columns with special features, and promoting exchanges. |
