| 摘 要： | 要推进我省的扶贫开发,不仅要进一步增强责任感和紧迫感,把贫困地区发展作为重中之重,加大扶持力度,还要更新扶贫观念、创新扶贫机制,以加快脱贫致富的步伐。扶贫模式应当包含三个因素,即扶贫主体、扶贫方式和扶贫受体。

In addition,the views and the system of poverty-relief should be innovated. The model of poverty-relief includes three factors as the subject,the approach,and the target. |
