试论抗战时期川康建设视察团之缘起

抗战时期的川康建设视察团是在一届三次国民参政会后,由川康建设期成会组成的。视察团分赴川、康两省考察之后,编拟了《国民参政会川康建设视察团报告书》,为建设大后方落后的川康地区提供了重要的第一手资料。川康视察团的成立是川康地区丰富的自然资源和落后的社会经济之间的矛盾在抗战背景下凸现的结果,也是顺应各种政治力量的需求而得以实现的。

Reasons for Chuankang Construction Inspection Group during the Anti-Japanese War

During the Anti-Japanese W ar,the Chuankang Construct Inspection Group(CCIG)came into existence from Ch uankang Construct preparatory Meeting after National Suffrage Assembly1th Commi ttee convened third plenary session.After surveying Chuankang(Sichuan and Xika ng province),the Inspection Group drafted out The Report of CCIT after Nation al Suffrage Assembly,providing important source materials for constructing the backward Chuankang area.The foundation of CCIG was the result of emergence of contradiction between the abundant natural resource and underdeveloped society ,It's also realized by the temporizing diversified political forces.
