| Abstract: | The quality of a journal is intimately associaled with the professional quality of its editorial staff.Based on an examination of the real problems in journal editing,this paper discusses the components of professional morality of journal editors and the ways for their cultivation.It is concluded that the key to improving the quality of a journal lies in the high quality and good professional morality of its editorial staff. |
