摘    要:网络经济的发展造就了市场和客户对商业银行服务的新需求,国有商业银行站在崭新的历史起点,如何借助渠道管理,加快提升核心竞争力,成为其面临的主要挑战。商业银行通过明确客户渠道的归属、明确渠道重点运营的业务、明确网点渠道战略、明确电子渠道战略和明确客户经理渠道战略,可以强化渠道资源的优势,全面提升金融服务能力、金融创新能力和持续盈利能力,显著提高核心竞争力。
