民办高校考核激励机制浅探

摘    要:考核激励机制一直是人事部门重要的工作内容。近年来我国民办高校发展迅速,作为一种新兴的办学模式,必然要求建立符合其发展的新型考核激励机制。本文结合武汉科技大学中南分校的实际情况,从民办高校教职工队伍构成与管理体制、培养目标与办学理念、如何建立科学的考核评价体系几个方面进行了全面的阐述,以求对我国民办高校人事考核激励机制的完善有所助益。

Abstract:The system of assessment and incentives has been one of the central concerns of the personnel office.To develop fast,the privately-run higher institution in China,as a new form of higher education provider, must construct a system of assessment and incentives that answers the practical needs.This article,based on the analysis of the practices in Zhongnan Branch, Wuhan University of Science and Technology,elaborates on the construction of a scientific system of assessment and incentives in privately-run higher institutions from the perspectives of staff constitution and management,educational objective,and school-running ideology.
