中国社会现代化的主要问题及出路

中国社会现代化将长期面临着一些重大问题和困难 ,其中包括 :中国社会现代化与早发现代化国家差距大 ;早发现代化国家的负面效应 ;传统与现代的持久性对立 ;社会经济发展不平衡的矛盾 ;人口对现代化的压力 ;环境保护与经济增长的矛盾等等。要解决这些问题 ,必须做到如下几点 :(1)要始终坚持实事求是 ,一切从实际出发的思想路线 ;(2 )要始终把发展生产力作为现代化建设的出发点和归宿 ;(3)社会主义必须与现代化有机结合 ;(4)必须始终坚持对外开放政策 ,主动融入世界现代化历史潮流 ;(5 )必须始终把实现和维护最广大人民群众的根本利益作为出发点 ;(6 )必须坚持两个文明一起抓 ;(7)必须实施科教兴国和可持续发展战略 ;(8)必须坚持中国共产党的领导。

Major Problems and Solving Ways of China''s Modernization

The thesis analyses several key problems and difficulties China will face in realizing its social modernization. These mainly include: a big gap between China's social modernization and the intiative countries; negative effect of the intiative countries; a long term confliction between tradition and modernity; contradiction caused by imbalance in the social and economic development; stress resulted from the overpopulation; contradiction between economic development and environmental protection. The author thus proposes eight basic ways or countermeasures: first, constantly persist in seeking truth from facts; second, develope productivity as the starting point and the purpose of building up modernization; third, integrae of socialism with modernization; fourth, stick to reform and open door policy to be involved in historical trend of world modernization; fifth, take the general people's interest as the ultimate starting point; sixth, building up material civilization without ignoring spiritual civilization; seventh, implementation of science and education to strike up China and of endurable development strategy; last but not the least ,adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
