摘    要:砂卵石是一种典型的力学不稳定地层,盾构在此不利条件下安全穿越铁路困难较大。采用数值分析技术对无水砂卵石地层中土压平衡盾构推进引起的地层响应进行了模拟,并和现场实测的地层变形进行了比较和分析,提出了进一步减小地层变形的措施,并应用于工程实践,取得了良好的效果,确保了在列车"不限速、不慢点"、不预先加固的条件下成功穿越京九、柳西铁路。

Abstract:Gravel is a typically unstable stratum and its mechanical properties is unfavorable to tunnel face stability.So it is more difficulty for shield to mine safely under railway.The gravel level responses brought by shield construction are simulated with numerical analysis technology.Then the calculation results and insitu observations are compared and analyzed.Finally measures to decrease displacements under the railway are proposed and applied.Engineering practice shows that the measures are favourable to construction and ensure the shield to cross Jingjiu and Liuxi railway successfully with requirements of "no speed restriction, no slowness and no prereinforcement".
