| 摘 要： | 面对当前国内严峻的劳工问题现状,工业社会工作致力于和谐企业的构建。美国工业社会工作在其发展历史过程中有一些非常成功的经验,尤以工业酗酒方案、员工协助方案以及工会的社会工作服务较为突出。这些经验给我国目前和谐企业视野下工业社会工作的开展以有益的启示,笔者试图从政府、工商企业、社会福利与劳工界、社会工作教育界四方面来开展本土性的探索。

| Abstract: | Having reviewed the history of American industrial social work, the article analyzes American experience in industrial social work including Industrial Alcoholism Programs, Employee Assistance Programs and Social Work Service in Labor Union. Lastly, the article explores how we can develop indigenous industrial social work. |
