| 摘 要： | 本文运用符合中国实际的CES生产函数对西安和成都城市产业集聚经济效应进行实证研究表明,西安市和成都市的产业集聚效果都比较差。西安市的集聚经济效应h值历年均小于1,总体上处于规模不经济状态;成都市的集聚经济效应水平先高后低且小于1的总体发展趋势,表明成都市实现的也是集聚不经济。

| Abstract: | This paper is supposed to make an empirical research on the industrial agglomeration economy effect of Xi'an City and Chengdu City.The empirical results show that the effects of industrial agglomeration in both Xi'an and Chengdu are very poor.On the one hand,the values of industrial agglomeration effect in Xi'an are always less than one,indicating that the industries in Xi'an are in the stage of decreasing return to the scale.On the other hand,the effects of industrial agglomeration in Chengdu were greater than one at the beginning of first three periods,and then they became less than one and have always kept this developing trend in recent years.It shows that Chengdu City is not of true agglomeration economy. |
