| 摘 要： | 处于习惯规范调控下的景颇族社会几乎就是一种自发秩序。文章从具体的案例分析着手，展示了景颇族社会自发秩序的魅力；接着论证了这种自发秩序的合理性及其在当代中国法制建设中的运行限制，最后阐明了自发秩序对构建和谐社会的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Under the control of customary regulations, the Jingpo society is actually in a spontaneous order. With a specific case as the beginning, this article demonstrates the charm of the Jingpo＇ s spontaneous order. Further, it expounds the reasonableness of this spontaneous order and its operation restrictions in contemporary China＇ s legal system. Finally, it illustrates the significance of the spontaneous order in building the harmonious society. |
