中国小城镇的曲折发展及其原因

新中国建立后的 40年间 ,小城镇发展大致经历了 4个阶段 :(1) 1949— 195 2年 ,小城镇经济恢复与初步繁荣的阶段 ;(2 ) 195 3— 1966年 ,由于政策调整而使小城镇发展趋于衰落 ,并由衰落再渐趋回升的阶段 ;(3 ) 1967—1978年 ,这是由于“十年动乱”而导致中国小城镇发展长期停滞不前、普遍萎缩的阶段 ;(4 ) 1978— 1989年 ,改革开放后小城镇快速增长与全面繁荣的阶段。导致中国小城镇曲折发展的原因有很多 ,但政策因素的影响无疑是其中最为重要的方面

It caused the economy in the small towns in China to be stagnant.The fourth stage: from 1978 to 1989, the reform and opening policy make the economy in the towns increase rapidly and be prosperous on every side.On the whole, there are many reasons that make the economic development in the towns ups and downs, but the policy is the most important factor.
