绵粉一号及几个常用甘薯亲本的配合力分析

摘    要:通过对当前几个甘薯亲本的配合力分析比较得出:以绵粉一号作亲本的后代块根三个主要性状(鲜苕重、薯干重、烘干率)的一般配合力(GCA)均高,特殊配合力(SCA)方差也大,后代材料平均烘干率32.51%,远远高于其它常用同类亲本。鲜苕与烘干率的负相关不显著,不失为一个好的甘薯育种亲本材料,为丰富我国甘薯品种的种质资源起到了重要的作用。

Abstract:Mianfen No. 1 high starch sweet potato variety evolved in 1970,s by Mi-anyang lnstitute of Agr-,has the highest dry matter content of 39. 55 and starchcontent of 29. 3%,it is also a promising parent for cross breeding. Through tenyear,s utllization,it shows the followlng features as a parent: A big general com-binlng ability and special combining ability variance in three tuber tralts (dry mat-ter content, fresh tuber weight, dry tuber weight)- Experiment shows the GCAsare 4. 23, 53. 59, 28. 51 and SCA Variances are 0. 63, 3827. 16, 313. 01 respectivelyfor dry matter content,fresh tuber weight and dry tuber weight. It's progenieshave a high average dry matter content and an insignificant negative corre1ation be-tween fresh,tuber weight and dry matter content. A high selection rate. Untilnow, some new varieties have been evolved and applied in production.
