| Abstract: | Higher education has an essential connection with advanced culture. From the process of human-training activities of higher education,the paper analyzes and explores the basic four ways of carrying on,bringing new ideas to,guiding and defending advanced culture.It gives an answer to the practical problem how the institutions of higher learning represent the foregoing orientation of advanced culture in the new situation of the reformation and development of higher education. |
