| 摘 要： | 市场国际化的同时产生国际调节,国际调节是国际市场的重要调节机制,它同国内调节和市场调节一起共同调节国际市场的结构和运行。本文就国际调节的概念特征、存在基础、调节范围、与国内调节的区别及关联、法律规制和发展趋势进行初步梳理和分析。
