科技型创业企业孵化资源配置模式研究

对科技型创业企业配置孵化资源问题进行研究。结合科技型创业企业孵化的实践,提出两维度双层次孵化资源配置模式,把孵化资源划分为一般性资源和关键性资源两个维度,对不同类型的科技型创业企业实施共享式和定制式两个层次的孵化资源配置。共享式资源配置通过企业孵化器的综合服务部来实现,而定制式资源配置则采取矩阵式的组织结构来实现。

Entrepreneurial Enterprises' Incubation Resources

Based on relevant literature and the principles of incubation resources allocation, combined with the incubation practice of technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises, a two-dimensional and bi-level allocation pattern of incubation resources is put forward. This pattern divides incubation resources into general resources and critical resources. The bi-level incubation resources allocation pattern is implemented in accordance with shared mode and custom-built mode on different types of technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises. The shared resources allocation mode can be achieved through the comprehensive service department of enterprises' incubator, while the custom-built mode can be realized through the matrix organizational structure.
