| 摘 要： | 在构建企业多元化战略选择决定因素指标体系的基础上,用BP神经网络建立了企业多元化战略选择模型。通过我国家电行业8家企业数据的验证表明该方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | On the basis of structuring company's diversification strategy choice decisive factor index system,have set up company's diversification strategy choice model.BP(back-propagation) neural network is used in the model.It is shown by the simulation on 8 company cases that the results are satisfied. |
