历史文化遗产作为人类物质财富记录了一个民族、一个地区在某段历史时期的文化内涵。它对于今人研究历史、缅怀过去都有极其重要的作用。然而,在社会历史发展的进程中,历史文化遗产大量地遭到了破坏甚至毁灭,因此,它的保护就成为现今社会一项重要而又迫切的任务。保护不仅指不破坏,还要去修缮、维护、整治,并加以合理的利用,这就需要人们在正确树立历史发展观的同时必须创建一个良好的法制保障体系。
