| 摘 要： | 难民问题在历史上长期存在 ,近年来由于地区间冲突、宗教矛盾、恐怖活动等不断发生 ,难民危机日趋严重且日益复杂化。 2 0 0 1年 ,联合国首次将每年 6月 2 0日规定为”国际难民日” ,以期引起国际社会对难民问题的关注。本文试通过分析比较 ,对难民及其国际保护问题加以探讨。

| Abstract: | Refugee problem has been an issue for a long time.In recent years,however,refugee crisis has become more severe and complex on account of ugional clash,terrorism,etc.In 2001,the UN General Assembly designated 20 June every year as"Word Refugee Day".It is the first Universal Refugee Day. The aim of it is to commemorate the 1951 Refugee Convention and draw the international community's attention to the refugee. Here,the author trys to make some suggestions about refugee issue though analysis and comparsons. |
